Rule no.3

让agent进行分层总结，首先进行research，将整体的goal和task总结到research.md中，并对research.md进行human review。

再根据research.md进行plan，将具体的计划总结到plan.md中，并对plan.md进行human review。

再根据plan.md，进行具体的coding。
